What more can you say about this exceptional Man City forward? He is too brilliant, so calm.
There was only one person who was coming out of top in that situation and it was Haaland. I can't see Wolves coming back from this now.

Ashwin: Why is the Leeds vs Brentford match so boring? To go by the match so far, none of them deserve to stay in the Premier League.

Brentford are doing what they did in the first half. Switching play and getting it wide. The crosses aren't the best though.
They are on the front foot which is good. Just need that little bit of quality now.
Erling Haaland (49 mins)
No mistake.
Jose Sa had saved two out of two penalties this season but is sent the wrong way by Erling Haaland on this occasion.
That's the Terminator's 30th goal in all competitions this term.
Leeds 0-0 Brentford
Best opening of the second half so far.
Luke Ayling wins the ball in the Brentford half and sets up Rodrigo for a low ball into the box that is cut out and cleared by Brentford.
It has got the home crowd going, though.

What does that tell you about the way Wolves played in the first half up top? He has taken all three players off and has changed the system ever so slightly but it was much needed.
Man City 1-0 Wolves
A change for City too.
Rico Lewis makes way for Nathan Ake.
Man City 1-0 Wolves
Changes for Wolves at the start of the second half. Three of them.
Joao Moutinho, Matheus Cunha and debutant Pablo Sarabia are on.
Adama Traore, Hwang Hee-chan and Raul Jimenez make way.
Leeds 0-0 Brentford
No changes for either side at the break.
Both have plenty of firepower on the bench should they need it.
It doesn't bode well that both teams gave the ball away with their respective first touches of the half.
Any way back for Wolves?
Any goals to be seen in West Yorkshire?
Let's find out in the second half.

How to stop Haaland? Make sure he is more than ten yards out and has to control the ball first.

Everyone tries to come up with the formula to stop that relationship between De Bruyne and Haaland. Wolves were organised throughout the first half, Man City found it difficult but that one moment of quality that had been lacking throughout the game finally came to the feet of De Bruyne and Haaland does what Haaland does.
Wolves have come here to stagnate the performance of Man City and they have done it to a certain degree. There has been an air of we want more from Man City fans.
HT: Leeds 0-0 Brentford
Interestingly, Brentford have committed 9 fouls in this match, higher than their season average of 8.1 in the Premier League, and we're only halfway through.
It speaks to some of the tactics the Bees are using to nullify Leeds - breaking up play with fouls and other dark arts.
A couple of times, Leeds have complained at players not retreating quickly from free-kicks.
It is very much a designed ploy to stop a Leeds side that relies on momentum gathering any.
Leeds have struggled to hurt the Bees, who themselves have looked threatening when they have spied the chance to counter.
Man City 1-0 Wolves
City ahead through Erling Haaland.
Wolves yet to have a single shot.
