GOAL - Sheff Utd 2-1 Wrexhampublished at 21:37 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February 2023

    Billy Sharp

    Sheffield United do it again!

They equalised in injury time in the original game and now look to have grabbed the winner as Billy Sharp is away down the left, he steps inside a defender before finishing coolly into the bottom corner.

A valiant battle by Wrexham but it looks like their superb FA Cup story is over.

That's a handball. He is close but when your arm is up like that, it's a handball.

  3. PENALTYpublished at 21:36 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February 2023

    Sheff Utd 1-1 Wrexham

Oliver Norwood's shot is deflected behind but should it be a penalty? It does appear the strike was blocked by the hand of a defender but nothing given.

There's six added minutes. Will someone come up with a late winner? Or are we going to 30 extra minutes?

  5. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 21:31 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February 2023

    Sheff Utd 1-1 Wrexham

Billy Sharp doesn't miss this time as he volleys into the roof of the net, but he's offside.

Sharp has had two big chances in the second half. If he was in form, he would usually put them away. He does everything right but then he just gets over it and it sails over the bar.

  7. Postpublished at 21:30 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February 2023

    Sheff Utd 1-1 Wrexham

Billy Sharp chests down a ball from the back and gets a decent shot off but smacks it just over.

The hosts are suddenly finding a lot of space in the Wrexham half now.

    Burnley 1-1 Ipswich

Relief for Ipswich defender Luke Woolfenden as he blocks a cross but the ball deflects behind him and almost into his own net. Into the final 10 minutes at Turf Moor.

    Grimsby 3-0 Luton

Luton are a hugely impressive fourth in the Championship but just haven't been at the races at all in this game. Grimsby are minutes away from a big win and a place in the fifth round.

When you get booed, you've had a good game.

  11. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:26 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February 2023

    Sheff Utd 1-1 Wrexham

The main man is not being risked as Paul Mullin is replaced by Jake Bickerstaff. Elliott Lee, son of ex-Newcastle midfielder Rob, is also on for the visitors.

Eight minutes of normal time remaining.

That's a good sight. Paul Mullin is up and jogs over to the touchline. He tells his manager Phil Parkinson that he can continue but Parkinson seems very keen not to risk it.

Mullin is stretching his hamstring. He did carry on running but he is feeling it.

They've had a lot of games recently. It's too much of a risk to continue.

  14. Postpublished at 21:23 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February 2023

    Sheff Utd 1-1 Wrexham

Paul Mullin has sat down on the pitch. This would be a real blow for Wrexham, not just in this game but also for their league campaign too.

It's a good save from Lainton. He reacts late and that's why he has to dive.

He should be just catching that easily. It was a free header from Egan.

  16. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:22 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February 2023

    Sheff Utd 1-1 Wrexham

Rob Lainton produces a great one handed save to deny a header and does really well to push the ball away from the lurking Billy Sharp.

There's some concern for Wrexham because Paul Mullin is limping a bit. The visitors will be desperate for their 29-goal striker to be able to shake the issue off.

I wouldn't know which one is the Championship team, especially in the second half.

    Wrexham have been excellent.

Mullin goes with the side foot and drives to hit it into the corner. He strikes the first penalty with his laces and it goes into the roof of the net.

Credit to Davies, he gambles and guesses the right way. This is brilliant.

You would have expected Mullin to score.
