Andy Cook an increasingly influential figure, the Bradford forward has fired over the bar after managing to spin Akil Wright and then moments later so nearly got on the end of Liam Ridehalgh's cross which was headed away by a defender with Cook waiting to pounce.

• Four goals too between AFC Wimbledon and Colchester, two for either side in an entertaining game at Plough Lane.
• Mansfield are heading second as it stands, leading Doncaster 1-0. Nigel Clough's side are currently set to leapfrog Wrexham, who are being held 1-1 at Walsall.
• MK Dons are also heading up the league thanks to a 1-0 lead over Crawley.
• Grimsby are 45 minutes away from their first away league win of 2023/24, leading Salford by a goal to nil.
• The net is yet to bulge in several games including Troy Deeney's Forest Green against Swindon.
