'Says a lot about peoples character and resilience'
FT: Northern Ireland 2-0 Denmark
Jim Magilton
Former Northern Ireland midfielder on BBC Sport NI
Tonight should give the younger players in the group a taste of it.
To get beaten 4-0 the game before and step up like that, it says a lot about peoples character and resilience and the manager too, but we know he has that in spades.

Slovenia will be joining Denmark at the Euro 2024 finals after coming out on top in a winner-takes-all match with Kazakhstan in Ljubljana.

There was late drama when Benjamin Verbic grabbed a late winner.

I'm pleased for Dion Charles as he worked his socks off tonight.
It's tough up there, we want him higher up the pitch, but we couldn't really get him up there and that's why we got caged in at times.

Denmark were very poor in the second half but we have to give Northern Ireland a lot of credit. We did weather the sometimes and we were getting a little bit deep at times, but it only just takes that one second of brilliance.

Northern Ireland's players are walking around Windsor Park taking in the applause of the Green and White Army. That applause is replicated.
Likewise, the Danish players are down with the travelling support in the far corner of Windsor Park. They've been good value.
'They deserved it'
FT: Northern Ireland 2-0 Denmark
John O'Neill
Former Northern Ireland defender on BBC Radio Ulster
They deserved it. Dion Charles had that chance in the first half that crashed the post. Obviously Denmark had most of the possession but at the end of the day, it was Northern Ireland who scored the goals, and two cracking goals they were.

FT: Northern Ireland 2-0 Denmark
Let's be honest, before tonight the campaign had been a nightmare.
That's put a huge positive on it and Northern Ireland will be hoping that can create some much-needed momentum.

The one thing missing from Michael O'Neill's first tenure was a headline victory against one of Europe's big hitters.
This will do nicely.

GREAT SAVE!

Hazard has had a big match. He makes a good save form Wind, it bounces off him onto Lewis, but thankfully the goalkeeper was there to grab the rebound.

'They've totally changed it'
Northern Ireland 2-0 Denmark
John O'Neill
Former Northern Ireland defender on BBC Radio Ulster
We've been waiting for this for a long time.
We sat in the stand in Finland on Friday totally dejected and thinking of the long journey home and the possibility of coming here and the same thing happening again.
But they've totally changed it and they've decided they're going to play long and in the final third and I think it's exposed them in the back.
GREAT SAVE!

Big save form the big keeper!
Kaspar Dolberg spins and fires towards goal from close range.
Hazard has to react well to push it over the top!
