    Dundee 0-0 Rangers

The Rangers players are back out.

    Dundee join them.

A massive 45-plus minutes. Here we go.

  2. 'Rangers lack imagination'published at 21:04 British Summer Time 17 April

    HT: Dundee 0-0 Rangers

    Rory Loy
Former Dundee striker on BBC Sportsound

Rangers have no ideas. They are lacking imagination and creativity.

There's an imbalance in the Rangers side. Fabio Silva wants to come in the pitch and into Roofe's space. McCausland or Matondo would be a better option than Silva.

  3. Tale of the tapepublished at 21:03 British Summer Time 17 April

    HT: Dundee 0-0 Rangers

As expected, Rangers are on top in the attacking stats. But not by much, and the stats don't tell the full story.

  4. 'Dundee have overperformed'published at 21:00 British Summer Time 17 April

    HT: Dundee 0-0 Rangers

    Craig Levein
St Johnstone manager on BBC Sportsound

Dundee are playing with great confidence. It's not like it's a 65:35 possession game. Dundee have overperformed in that first half, they've had chances. They're not giving Rangers a second on the ball.

  5. 'A draw is probably fair'published at 20:54 British Summer Time 17 April

    HT: Dundee 0-0 Rangers

    Rory Loy
Former Dundee striker on BBC Sportsound

Given both side's performances, a draw at this stage is probably fair.

  6. HALF-TIME - Dundee 0-0 Rangerspublished at 20:53 British Summer Time 17 April

    That's that.

A gripping first half in which both sides have had opportunities.

Amadou Bakayoko thought he'd given Dundee the lead after tapping in a second rebound from Luke McCowan's free kick. But it was ruled out for offside.

Abdallah Sima has had Rangers' best chance, but Dundee goalkeeper Jon McCracken made a good save with his leg.

Plenty for Philippe Clement to ponder at the break.

    Dundee 0-0 Rangers

Dens Park has fallen pretty silent as we await the half-time whistle.

    It's tense.

Rangers midfielder Tom Lawrence rouses the crowd as he jinks into the box, before blazing a shot into the stands.

  8. Five minutes addedpublished at 45 +1 mins

    Dundee 0-0 Rangers

    We're into stoppage time.

That's brilliant defending from Owen Dodgson to prevent Dujon Sterling's cross from being headed in by Abdallah Sima in the six-yard box.

  9. Postpublished at 42 mins

    Dundee 0-0 Rangers

Dundee are starting to struggle to get out of their own half as Rangers assert some pressure.

They've had chances, but I'm not sure this is the reaction Philippe Clement would have been hoping for after Sunday's defeat.

  10. Postpublished at 38 mins

    Dundee 0-0 Rangers

    This game is finely poised.

Will there be a goal before the break?

Rangers have a corner. Fabio Silva makes a near-post run and flicks it on, but Dundee get a free kick for another foul on Luke McCowan.

  11. 'Brilliant from McCowan'published at 20:37 British Summer Time 17 April

    Dundee 0-0 Rangers

    Rory Loy
Former Dundee striker on BBC Sportsound

Luke McCowan plucks it out the sky, takes it by one player, wins a free-kick and relieves his team of all pressure. Brilliant! He is a really, really good player.

  12. Postpublished at 33 mins

    Dundee 0-0 Rangers

Connor Goldson again gets his head to a corner kick, but Amadou Bakayoko blocks the ball as it heads towards goal.

Dundee eventually hack it clear and the brilliant Luke McCowan wins a free kick to ease the pressure.

  13. 'Goldson has got to score'published at 20:33 British Summer Time 17 April

    Dundee 0-0 Rangers

    Rory Loy
Former Dundee striker on BBC Sportsound

Goldson has got to score. You could say it's a good save but Rangers have had enough chances to be winning this game.

  14. 'A pulsating watch'published at 20:32 British Summer Time 17 April

    Dundee 0-0 Rangers

    Brian McLauchlin
    BBC Scotland at Dens Park

The opening 30 minutes here at Dens Park has been a pulsating watch with the home side certainly proving more than a match for the Premiership title hopefuls.

You do get the feeling though that if Rangers were to go in front the confidence levels from the visitors will increase and the question then will be how will Dundee respond.

The same question though could also be posed if Dundee go in front. Fascinating game!

  15. CLOSE!published at 30 mins

    Dundee 0-0 Rangers

James Tavernier did fancy it. And he forces a decent stop from the sprawling Jon McCracken. I think it was heading wide but he had to make sure.

From the resulting corner, Connor Goldson plants a header on target. But it's straight at McCracken, who gathers at the second attempt.

  16. Postpublished at 27 mins

    Dundee 0-0 Rangers

Kemar Roofe hits the deck as Ricki Lamie comes right through the back of him.

The Rangers striker gets back up, so he's ok. His side have a free kick about 25 yards out in the middle of the pitch.

    Tavernier territory?

  17. Dundee in controlpublished at 20:29 British Summer Time 17 April

    Dundee 0-0 Rangers

    Rory Loy
Former Dundee striker on BBC Sportsound

Dundee have more control in the game. Sylla has been excellent, as well as Boateng. Whilst Rangers have had two clear-cut opportunities, Dundee have been very, very good.

  18. Dundee's threatening front linepublished at 20:27 British Summer Time 17 April

    Dundee 0-0 Rangers

    Craig Levein
St Johnstone manager on BBC Sportsound

Every now and then Luke McCowan and Scott Tiffoney are popping up through the middle and they cause completely different problems to Bakayoko.

  19. DISALLOWED GOAL - Amadou Bakayoko (Dundee)published at 21 mins

    Dundee 0-0 Rangers

    Wow!

Luke McCowan's free kick forces a brilliant save from Jack Butland!

The Rangers keeper then denies Scott Tiffoney on the rebound, before Bakayoko eventually turns it home.

The flag goes up for offside, though. Replays show Bakayoko was definitely off when Tiffoney struck his shot.

    Dundee 0-0 Rangers

Lyall Cameron is fouled by John Lundstram right on the edge of the Rangers box.

Luke McCowan is standing over it. Big moment here...
