Here's a lovely tale and inspirational ending from Matt and John of Cap FC...
"It was a dry and dusty September in the heart of suburban Pimlico when ex-tennis professional Lewis Barnes dreamt of one day abandoning his favoured forehand smash for a football, 10 other lads, and back-to-back promotions within the confines of a local 5-a-side league.
"Fast forward six months and that dream has come alive.
"Cap FC are currently sitting pretty at the top of the Vauxhall Winter Thursday 5s Division 1 in London, after two phenomenal campaigns which saw them excel as a group and become biological brothers.
"A team that started with nothing now has Luton at their fingertips, and confidence is rife throughout the camp. Over to you, John."
"Cap FC is a group of quality lads representing their global technology firm. The working day is made all the more bearable by endless emails, motivational speeches, ceremonious awards night, Soccer AM style team-mates features, and a devilishly suave ‘Gaffer’ who unfortunately can’t be with them at the FA People's Cup this Saturday.
"He will be sorely missed… let’s hope it doesn’t show on the pitch."
"Let’s do this for Gaffer, let’s do this for the referendum, and let’s do this for a more sustainable and free society.
"Most of all, let’s do this for football!"
