Rowing is an exciting sport that will benefit you physically and socially. Every stroke uses 85% of your muscles covering nine major muscle groups so it helps tone your arms fast. If you love being on the water then it could be your new favourite pastime. Alternatively, most gyms have rowing machines. British Rowing also encourages people with disabilities to take up the sport through adaptive rowing, or as they call it ‘Rowability., external’
