  3. Who can come out of lockdown in the best form?published at 18:42 British Summer Time 29 July 2020

"It's about who comes out of lockdown looking best and has the best form," Paul Sculthorpe tells Dave Woods after that draw.

"I don't know how much a neutral venue will come into it but it'll be a great couple of games.

"I'm looking forward to seeing Catalans in the return of Super League and they proved a couple of years ago they are capable of winning the trophy."

This is the second time Sculthorpe has drawn the sixth-round of the Challenge Cup this year, for what it's worth. One for future pub quizzes!

  9. Relive last year's Challenge Cup finalpublished at 18:30 British Summer Time 29 July 2020

    Challenge Cup draw (18:30 BST)

Warrington upset the party when they reigned victorious over eventual Super League champions St Helens at Wembley in last year's Challenge Cup final.

That victory certainly went a long way to healing the wounds of Steve Price's side after they had lost to Catalans Dragons in the capital the year before.

You can watch the highlights of their 18-4 victory by clicking the play button below.

  11. How did the draw go last time?published at 18:21 British Summer Time 29 July 2020

    Challenge Cup draw (18:30 BST)

As we said, this is the second time the sixth-round of the Challenge Cup has been drawn this season.

In March, Warrington's defence of their title was due to begin away at Wigan, while York were due to welcome Castleford and Widnes would take on 2018 champions Catalans.

Elsewhere, Wakefield were drawn against Featherstone, Newcastle were rewarded with the visit of Toronto, and Sheffield were going to take on Hull FC.

Finally, Leeds would have taken on Hull KR while Salford had the tough task of taking on last season's Super League victors St Helens.

But how is today's draw going to play out?

  12. So how did we get to this point?published at 18:16 British Summer Time 29 July 2020

    Challenge Cup draw (18:30 BST)

Yesterday, in addition to last week's withdrawal of Toronto Wolfpack, five clubs from outside Super League pulled out of this year's Challenge Cup.

Newcastle Thunder, Featherstone Rovers, Widnes Vikings, Sheffield and York announced they would not take part in the remainder of the competition.

Sheffield and York cited player welfare concerns as one of the reasons for the decision, meaning that just two sixth-round ties will be played in Huddersfield on 22 August.

The other six teams will receive byes into the quarter-finals, which will be played on 19 and 20 September, with the final scheduled for 17 October.

  13. A belated, but warm, welcomepublished at 18:10 British Summer Time 29 July 2020

    Challenge Cup draw (18:30 BST)

Well, several months and an ongoing global pandemic later, the Challenge Cup takes centre stage once more.

Just over four months since the last time the sixth round draw of the competition took place, we're here again to see it redrawn.

There's a much-changed line-up and plenty to talk about how we reached this stage, but more on that in a bit.

BBC rugby league correspondent Dave Woods will take you through the draw alongside St Helens and Great Britain legend Paul Sculthorpe in around 20 minutes' time.
