The Challenge Cup is a rugby league knockout organised by the Rugby Football League.
The 2022 iteration of the tournament marks the 126th year of the Challenge Cup since its inaugural season in 1896.
St Helens won it for the 13th time last year when they beat Castleford Tigers 26-16 at Wembley.
Super League teams join the competition at the sixth round stage, bidding for a place in the quarter-finals, to be played on the weekend of April 8-10.
This year's final is scheduled to be at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 28 May.
