The sprinklers shower water over a dusky Centre Court, which means it's time to sweep up and clock out. It's been another comfortable day for Andy Murray and Roger Federer, while Novak Djokovic's Wimbledon future is in the balance.
The women will take centre stage tomorrow, of course. Well, sort of. Novak Djokovic and Kevin Anderson will be sharing the limelight somewhat. Thanks, as always for joining us. More of the same tomorrow?
If you've not had enough of tennis, you can tune into Wimbledon 2day, which will be showing highlights for another 30 minutes, and is available in this page.
Court One order of play
Those heading for Court One tomorrow have received a Willy Wonka-style golden ticket as Novak Djokovic and Kevin Anderson will resume their tussle. Could the defending champion be knocked out?
Whether he does or doesn't, Garbine Muguruza and Timea Bacsinszky will follow his match, with Madison Keys and Agnieska Radwanska bringing women's quarter-finals day to an end.
Tuesday's order of play
Maria Sharapova and Coco Vandeweghe kick off the day on Centre Court and will be followed by Serena Williams and Victoria Azarenka. That could be tasty.
Headlines of the day
Here's a final reminder of the big stories of the day at Wimbledon:
Rain clouds will be looming threateningly over SW19 for much of tomorrow, giving us little respite from the watery drops. Those on Centre Court need not worry, but elsewhere it might be a stop-start kind of a day.

"Even losing the third set Andy Murray did a good job of maintaining his positive energy. When another serve flies past you it is easy to get frustrated because you don't know when a chance will come.
"Also, when you are playing Karlovic you have to adapt quickly because the serve is coming from such a great height and then it is bouncing up on the hard ground but Murray has the skills and dexterity to adapt to that.
"To play Pospisil in the quarter-finals is a fantastic draw. Andy will respect him but I expect him to win that one as well."
"Tough match against Pospisil'
Murray has already beaten Vasek Pospisil, his opponent in the last eight, twice this year. He added: "It's a tough match for me next round. He's playing my brother in the doubles right now. He had a close one with James Ward in the previous round, and came back from two sets to love down today. He'll be feeling good about his game, and it sits well with the grass."
Player reaction - Andy Murray
More from Andy Murray: "It was mentally tiring, maybe not as tiring physically due to the points being so quick. You've always got to be ready to take your chances. It's about getting the balance right and getting through. It wasn't going to be the best tennis, it was about getting through.
"I passed well, and when he missed his first serve I returned his second serve well and made it difficult for him."

You don't have to be related to Ivo Karlovic to see the big screen on Murray Mound, but it helps. After patiently waiting for a space, you climb the steps to discover it is standing room only at the back. The lucky ones are lying down - my guess is that lorry loads of sun cream have been applied to the swathe of bodies on the grass below me.

BONG! Well, not quite on the hour but here are the main headlines from Wimbledon today:
Karlovic's serve as reliable as it almost always is. The 36-year-old, the oldest man in the singles draw, serve and volleying to good effect. Murray, though, simply needs to hold serve to skip merrily to a two set lead.

Hello there. Karlovic wobbling, Routine half-volleys drifting wide. Murray forcing him onto the backfoot... Cruel from Murray, the giant being made to shuffle and stoop at the net. Two break points Murray. Two break points saved. But when the Croat needs an ace, he simply delves into his back pocket and, almost always, there's one there for him at his disposal.

While a Briton is one set up after a tie-break on Centre Court, a less familiar name from these shores has suffered the opposite fate on court 14.

However, the fifth seed must battle back against Australia's Seone Mendez, who won the first set 7-6 (7-5), if she is going to even reach round two here.

It's a glorious afternoon in SW19 and on a sun-drenched Centre Court Murray and Karlovic are entertaining a full house. Murray levels at 30-30, pouncing on a Karlovic second serve, and the Croat, the world number 25, fails to stoop to his shoelaces, which is understandable as it's quite a distance from head to toe. First break point saved. Tremendous duelling backhands on the second, neither player wanting to flirt with the other's stronger forehand wing.
Venus gets one to skid through sharpish, Serena parries back over the net, but is in no position to get to Venus' drop volley.
Venus comes on strong to see her way through from deuce. That could be key. She was on a slippery slope had she been broken at the start of the second as well as the first.

The last time that Venus and Serena Williams shared a court at Wimbledon it was, well, all a little weird.
The sisters were playing German Kristina Barrois and Swiss Stefanie Voegele in the second round of the doubles last year.
Serena had already stumbled through the knock-up, dropping balls tossed to her by the ball boys and struggling to get the ball over the net, before she gifted the third game of the match to her opponents with four straight double faults.

Latest PostGood night - and enjoy Wimbledon 2day
The sprinklers shower water over a dusky Centre Court, which means it's time to sweep up and clock out.
Rain, rain, rain
Rain clouds will be looming threateningly over SW19 for much of tomorrow, giving us little respite from the watery drops. Those on Centre Court need not worry, but elsewhere it might be a stop-start kind of a day.

Game and fourth set
Djokovic 6-7 (6-8) 6-7 (6-8) 6-1 6-4 Anderson*
The net on Centre Court is being removed, which means there certainly be no play on the Big Daddy of courts this evening. Spectators chanting on Court One, their cries muffling into one so it's difficult to know who they're cheering. Two set points Djokovic and he seals it with a brilliant forehand winner. The defending champion is back in business.

A hold to 15 for Anderson.

Murray/Peers 6-3 7-6 (8-6) 6-7 (5-7) 3-6 8-6 Pospisil/Sock
The Murray family are celebrating a quarter-final double tonight. After world number three Andy cruised into the last eight of the singles, his older brother Jamie moved into the same stage of the men's doubles.
Murray and his Australian playing partner John Peers earned a five-set win over defending champions Vasek Pospisil and Jack Sock in three hours and 19 minutes.

*Djokovic 6-7 (6-8) 6-7 (6-8) 6-1 2-1 Anderson
Court One groans, and understandably so, as Anderson messes up a serve and volley when the court was at his mercy. 15-15. Djokovic unable to dominate as he did in the third set, but he does earn a break point, which Anderson saves with a serve and volley. Djokovic shakes his head. How did I let that one go? Boris Becker looks on intensely. Second break point Djokovic... Anderson forced to reach to his toes, and that's too low down.

Pullovers and scarves being worn on Court One to keep the cold at bay from spectators adjusting to a sunny afternoon to breezy summer's evening. Delightful from Djokovic. A backhand passer, low and out of reach, for 40-30, but Anderson holding firm as they trade blows on the next point - and it's Djokovic who folds. Deuce.

Game and third set
Djokovic 6-7 (6-8) 6-7 (6-8) 6-1 Anderson*

Djokovic breaks
*Djokovic 6-7 (6-8) 6-7 (6-8) 5-1 Anderson
Anderson needing to dig deep if he is to win this in three sets. Djokovic, though, with feline speed around the court, a crosscourt backhand winner on the opening point. The Anderson serve, his lethal weapon, faltering, as is his forehand. Three break points to the defending champion.

Ooohs and aaahs fill the air on Court One as Djokovic and Anderson share mini-breaks in the tie-break - the crowd are getting into this one and they seem to be favouring the under-dog judging from the number of cries of "Come on Kevin!" around me when he reaches set-point for the first time at 6-5. They reach a crescendo when Djoko double-faults at 6-6 and if this place had a roof it would have come off when Anderson banged down an ace to take the first set.

Murray not a man to meekly surrender. The British number one wrong-footing Karlovic at the net. Deuce. Ace. Advantage. Spectators breathing easier. Murray prowling at the tape... Karlovic fetching a volley... second volley from the Briton, snappier, lower, and this time it's game over.

Both players temporarily left the arena for a toilet break. Murray was the first back and he was playing against fresh air on the baseline, while his opponent made his way back onto the hallowed turf. Spectators on Centre are partisan, but they still appreciate fine play from Karlovic - applauding the Croat's irretrievable volley. A solid hold from the veteran.

You don't have to be related to Ivo Karlovic to see the big screen on Murray Mound, but it helps. It's a glorious afternoon in SW19 and on a sun-drenched Centre Court Murray and Karlovic are entertaining a full house. *Serena 6-4 1-2 Venus
Ohhs, ahhs and mmmms all around Centre Court. It is like Bonfire night and Serena Williams is providing the pyrotechnics.
A delicious sliced stretching forehand wrong-foots Venus for deuce before a backhand return splashes down on a jagging acute angle for break point.
Never return to a lit firework, but Venus dumps a big bucket of cold water over her opponent, wearing her down with nagging depth and luring Serena long to take the game.

*Serena 6-4 0-1 Venus
Serena crunching backhands out wide, Venus's defence crumbling and eventually giving way to offer up 15-40.
Safarova out after Vandeweghe defeat
There's been an upset on court three: French Open runner-up and sixth seed Lucie Safarova is out after losing to Coco Vandeweghe in straight sets.
Vandeweghe won 7-6 7-6 to reach a Grand Slam quarter-final for the first time in her career.
It means there will be three American women in the quarter-finals for the first time since 2004, with Madison Keys and a Williams sister set to join Vandeweghe.

The last time that Venus and Serena Williams shared a court at Wimbledon it was, well, all a little weird.
