Belgium v Argentina latest
So as we've mentioned, the result of the other semi-final - and hence the location of the final - rests on the result of the fifth rubber between Belgium's Steve Darcis and Argentina's Federico Delbonis.
If Delbonis wins, the final will be in the UK. But he has only ever won six matches on a hard court in his entire career.
However, Darcis has been on court for seven hours and 52 minutes over the first two days of that tie. And there is only one ranking place between the two men.

The 22-year-old has won 15 of his 17 matches, with Stan Wawrinka among the victims on his impressive resume.
Add into the bargain an extra day of rest while Murray was slogging his guts out in the doubles, and it's fair to say today's encounter will be anything but a formality for the British number one.

Here's a stat for you: yesterday's victory in the doubles means Andy Murray has now won 20 of his last 21 Davis Cup matches. His sole defeat in that run came against Fabio Fognini in Rome last year.
To put that in context, Novak Djokovic has won 16 of his last 21 Davis Cup matches, while Roger Federer has emerged victorious in just 14.
Not to get ahead of ourselves, but if Murray can lead Britain to victory in this year's tournament, he will be only the fourth player ever to win the Davis Cup, multiple Grand Slams, and Olympic gold.

There were unbelievable shots, missed match points and enough changes of momentum to make a bucking bronco dizzy, but Andy and Jamie Murray eventually came through in five pulsating sets, defeating Lleyton Hewitt and Sam Groth 4-6 6-3 6-4 6-7 (6-8) 6-4.
"Today's selection dilemma fell to Wally Masur, and as expected the Australia captain chose to stick with world number 23 Bernard Tomic to face Andy Murray.
"All four Aussie players were out warming up earlier, although Sam Groth kept his jacket firmly on, so we can probably rule him out of a potential fifth rubber. Trying to stop Lleyton Hewitt from taking to the court against Dan Evans could prove too much for Masur though."

After the first two days, Britain are 2-1 up in the tie, meaning one win from today's reverse singles matches will see them through to a first Davis Cup final since 1978.

There she is folks. The Davis Cup. 79 years we've waited to get our hands back on this little beauty.
Since Great Britain last won in 1936, this trophy has been on mantelpieces from Czechoslovakia to Croatia. But never has it been back on these shores.

Belgium v Argentina latest
So as we've mentioned, the result of the other semi-final - and hence the location of the final - rests on the result of the fifth rubber between Belgium's Steve Darcis and Argentina's Federico Delbonis.
If Delbonis wins, the final will be in the UK. But he has only ever won six matches on a hard court in his entire career.
However, Darcis has been on court for seven hours and 52 minutes over the first two days of that tie. And there is only one ranking place between the two men.

A mammoth rally on the first point ends with Tomic putting a backhand into the net, and then a beautiful knifed approach right onto the baseline from Murray ties Tomic up and allows him to put away an easy volley. And then Tomic goes for too much with a backhand and it's three set points.
Tomic saves the first with a barrage of belligerent groundstrokes, then a big serve and forehand sees off the second. But once again it's third time lucky for Murray as a magnificent drop shot leaves Tomic stranded! Murray a set to the good.

He saves it with a big serve-forehand double-whammy. Another big serve gives Murray set point, but Tomic saves it with an absolutely superb point, sealed with a diving backhand winner down the line. Murray, who suddenly looks uptight and a little grouchy, double-faults. And then he spoons a backhand into the tramlines. Well well well.

A Tomic weapon
However, one man who might have something to say about is Australia's Bernard Tomic, who has a pretty handy Davis Cup record of his own.
The 22-year-old has won 15 of his 17 matches, with Stan Wawrinka among the victims on his impressive resume.
Add into the bargain an extra day of rest while Murray was slogging his guts out in the doubles, and it's fair to say today's encounter will be anything but a formality for the British number one.

Here's a stat for you: yesterday's victory in the doubles means Andy Murray has now won 20 of his last 21 Davis Cup matches. His sole defeat in that run came against Fabio Fognini in Rome last year.
To put that in context, Novak Djokovic has won 16 of his last 21 Davis Cup matches, while Roger Federer has emerged victorious in just 14.
Not to get ahead of ourselves, but if Murray can lead Britain to victory in this year's tournament, he will be only the fourth player ever to win the Davis Cup, multiple Grand Slams, and Olympic gold.
In the other semi-final...
Argentina lead Belgium 2-1 in Brussels and are one win away from the final.
The visitors won the doubles yesterday, with world number 39 Leonardo Mayer taking his Davis Cup win streak to an impressive eight matches.
Today Mayer will take on world number 15 David Goffin, and if that one goes according to the rankings, the tie could come down to a decisive rubber between Steve Darcis, ranked 64, and Federico Delbonis, ranked 65.

What happened yesterday
If you weren't watching yesterday, you missed an absolute humdinger in the doubles rubber.
There were unbelievable shots, missed match points and enough changes of momentum to make a bucking bronco dizzy, but Andy and Jamie Murray eventually came through in five pulsating sets, defeating Lleyton Hewitt and Sam Groth 4-6 6-3 6-4 6-7 (6-8) 6-4.

Hello and welcome to live coverage of the final day of the Davis Cup semi-final between Great Britain and France.
After the first two days, Britain are 2-1 up in the tie, meaning one win from today's reverse singles matches will see them through to a first Davis Cup final since 1978.
Britain will be banking on a win for Andy Murray in the first match against Bernard Tomic, but if Murray can't seal the deal, it will come down to a fifth rubber between Dan Evans and, well, we're not quite sure yet, as Piers Newbery explains...
Closing in on the Cup?
There she is folks. The Davis Cup. 79 years we've waited to get our hands back on this little beauty.
Since Great Britain last won in 1936, this trophy has been on mantelpieces from Czechoslovakia to Croatia. But never has it been back on these shores.
But now, for the first time in a long time, it's within reach again. Lean a little closer and you can almost smell the silver polish.
Great Britain are one step away from the final. But before thoughts can turn to the trophy, there's the small matter of finishing the job against Australia.
