Three-time British Supersport champion Karl Harris prepares to make his debut at the North West 200 road races in May.

Three-time British Supersport champion Karl Harris will compete at the North West 200 for the first time in May.

The 32-year-old will ride in the Superbike and Superstock classes for the PR Kawasaki team and is also trying to secure a machine for the two Supersport 600cc races.

Harris made his debut at the Isle of Man TT last year and will race in the British Superbike series this year.

He was one of a number of newcomers who visited the circuit on Tuesday.

"I have always fancied doing the North West and having been round it for the first time it looks pretty daunting and flat out everywhere," said Harris.
