Leading Manx racer Dan Kneen is targeting the top step of the Isle of Man TT podium in 2013.

The 25-year old's best result to date is a fifth-place finish in the 2010 Supersport race but he is targeting the podium in all the solo classes.

"I've got my best results in Supersport at the TT but I'm looking to get amongst the leaders in the Superstock and Superbike classes," he said.

Kneen will again race for the Marks Bloom Racing team in 2013.

He continued: "'I would love to win a TT one day, but I need to work up to it and I'd be delighted to get on the podium this year."

Since becoming the first rider ever to secure a hat-trick at the Manx Grand Prix, in 2008, the Braddan rider has become a regular fixture in the top 10 at the TT.

He has also performed well at the North West 200 and Ulster GP.

Kneen's first outing of the season is scheduled for the opening round of the Thundersport Championship at Donington Park over the Easter weekend.
