Leon Haslam will ride for the Red Devils Aprilia Team in next year's World Superbike Championship.

Haslam, 31, left Honda at the end of this season, after finishing in seventh place in this year's standings.

The Derby rider said: "I've had a few difficult years, also due to various injuries, but I'm sure that next year we can have a great season."

He will be one of two riders in Aprilia's 2015 line-up and will try to defend the team's Manufacturers' Title.

Aprilia rider Sylvain Guintoli won both races in the final round in Qatar to pip Britain's Tom Sykes to this season's World Superbike crown.
