Kris Meeke: Dungannon driver fifth in Rally Wales GB

Dungannon driver Kris Meeke completed his season by finishing fifth in Rally Wales GB on Sunday.
Starting further down the running order, Meeke struggled in difficult conditions through the Welsh roads.
Meeke, in a Citroen, was two minutes 35 seconds behind winner Sebastian Ogier of France.
Waterford's Craig Breen failed to finish the event, crashing out on the first day.
Volkswagen's Ogier and Ford's Ott Tanak set the pace from the green light, with Meeke initially holding third before falling behind the Hyundai pair of Thierry Neuville and Hayden Paddon.
Quartet go clear
Running in an isolated fifth place ahead on the final morning, Meeke was unable to make inroads into the leading quartet, although he was second quickest through stage 20.
Breen and co-driver Scott Martin were both uninjured after rolling out of the rally after sliding wide on stage 5.
Despite only running a partial programme throughout the season, Meeke still managed to win two rallies.
After taking victory in Portugal, he made history as he became the first British winner of Rally Finland.
Meeke lies ninth overall in the World Rally Championship, one place ahead of team-mate Breen with Citroën sitting out the season ending rally in Australia.
