Emmett Bradley's last-gasp point gave Ulster club champions Glen a dramatic 0-10 to 1-6 victory over Naomh Conaill in the Healy Park semi-final.
Three points from Conleth McGuckian helped Glen to a 0-5 to 0-3 advantage at the break.
John O'Malley netted a penalty to put Naomh Conaill in front and it remained a tight affair until Bradley split the posts with the last kick of the game.
Glen will take on Scotstown or Trillick in the final.
The Derry side looked on course for a comfortable win after hitting the first four points of the game, with three from McGuckian while Cathal Mulholland was also on target.
Naomh Conaill responded with three points of their own and they came in a blistering four-minute spell with Ethan O'Donnell's score sandwiched between a Ciaran Thompson double.
Glen had the final say in the first half when Jody McDermott ensured they went into half-time with a two-point lead.
However, their Donegal opponents were in front three minutes into the second half with a penalty awarded - after consultation with the umpires - for McGuckian's foul on AJ Gallagher.
O'Malley stepped up and produced a composed finish but Glen soon restored their lead thanks to points from Mulholland and Bradley.
Brendan McDyer levelled the game before Bradley made it 0-8 to 1-4 with a fine free but Naomh Conaill equalised again through Thompson's excellent score.
Back came Glen as Stevie O'Hara nudged Malachy O'Rourke's them ahead with a minute left of normal time.
Naomh Conaill were not done yet and Gallagher's deft flick over the bar brought them level in added time only for Bradley to win it with a wonderful and decisive score.
