Cambridge will have the heavier crew for both the men's and women's Boat Races against Oxford on 27 March.
The Light Blues men's crew, who include four Americans and an Austrian, are 11.8kg (26lb) heavier than their rivals at 706kg (1,556lb).
Cambridge will attempt to end a three-year winless streak in the race, which will be broadcast live on the BBC.
Their women's crew weighed in heaviest for the fourth year in a row as they try to avenge last year's defeat.
