Hull FC sign Jordan Thompson from Castleford Tigers

Hull FC have signed Castleford utility back Jordan Thompson on a three-year deal.

The 22-year-old made 24 appearances this season, scoring eight tries.

Coach Peter Gentle told the club website: "We've made no secret of the fact that we want to develop a squad of young, hungry and English players.

"He's quick, mobile and has good game sense and with a tall frame he can develop into a useful addition to our back row."
