Wakefield Trinity Wildcats sign Catalans prop Mickael Simon

Simon has won 15 caps for the French national side

Wakefield Trinity Wildcats have agreed a deal to sign Catalan Dragons prop Mickael Simon on a two-year deal.

The 27-year-old France international will join James Webster's side at the end of the season.

"I need a new challenge and I want to play as many games as possible for Wakefield," he told the club website.

"I hope I can settle quickly in the team and the culture of the country. I know that I will progress with the help of James and the other coaching staff."
