St Helens won the Super 8s semi-final rehearsal at the Halliwell Jones Stadium as they beat Warrington for the third time this season.
Kevin Brown's early try put Wire in front, but Saints were ahead by the break with tries from Luke Douglas, off the bench, and winger Regan Grace.
Four more followed after the break from Jonny Lomax and Danny Richardson and two late on from Ben Barba.
Super League top scorer Barba now has 26 tries for the season.
Richardson kicked five goals as Saints maintained their form going into the last-four rematch with Wire in a fortnight's time.
Warrington, in their final home game of the season, scored their other two tries through Toby King and Bryson Goodwin.
Their fourth meeting with Saints this season had already been confirmed by Castleford's victory over Wakefield on Friday.
