Josh Reynolds grabbed two tries as Hull FC made it two wins in two Super League games this season with a dominant display against Salford Red Devils.
Jake Connor's craft laid on scores for Andre Savelio and half-back Reynolds to help establish a 14-0 half-time lead.
Australian Reynolds crossed again after the break, as did Josh Griffin.
Ken Sio's try in the corner put Devils on the board, but they never looked like avoiding a second successive loss, and Cameron Scott's try sealed victory.
The only blemish for Hull boss Brett Hodgson from a one-sided match at Totally Wicked Stadium were injuries that forced off both Reynolds and Marc Sneyd.
Hull, who impressed in beating Huddersfield in their season opener last week, were once again great value for their victory against careless opponents who failed to match the away side's creativity and intensity.
The fine approach play of Connor and ruthless finishing of Reynolds were key in building a 14-point lead - which was also helped by the sin-binning of Ryan Lannon for as late tackle on Sneyd.
Sneyd's clever kick set up a third score for the visitors within five minutes of the restart, Reynolds reading the kick superbly to gather and touch down.
Another kick, this time an outside-of-the-boot number from Adam Swift, soon laid on another score for Griffin.
And although Sio crossed for his and Salford's second try of the season with more than 20 minutes remaining, Hull cruised to victory.
Hull boss Brett Hodgson on the win, Jake Connor being England quality and injuries to Josh Reynolds, Marc Sneyd and Ligi Sao:
"If I was picking a team, Jake would be in. He's exceptional with the ball in his hands and on defence he's improving every day.
"Josh has a low-grade hamstring. Marc had a dead leg which he couldn't run off so we thought it best to protect it. Ligi Sao has a high ankle strain and, at a pinch, we could have brought him back on.
"In the first half we made it difficult for ourselves because we didn't ice a couple of opportunities. We have to learn to be patient and earn the right to play attacking rugby.
"It's definitely a pleasing start but, as always, there are things to improve on."
Salford head coach Richard Marshall: "As last week, there were moments we were in the fight. I thought the sin-binning [of Ryan Lannon] was a bit harsh and we didn't manage the last period of the first half very well. If we'd gone in 8-0 it might have been a different story.
"Discipline has cost us, so we need to look at that. There were some similarities between the two performances."
