Castleford Tigers will sign half-back Rowan Milnes on a two-year deal from Hull KR ahead of the 2024 season.

The 26-year-old played 49 games for the Robins, including this year's Challenge Cup final defeat by Leigh, scoring seven tries and kicking 41 goals.

He has 13 tries and 67 goals in 71 matches in total, having previously played for Bradford, Dewsbury, and Super League rivals Wakefield.

"I bring a lot of organisational skills," Milnes said.

"I can help lead the boys around the park. I back my kicking game and I'm a playmaker so hopefully I can help the boys around into some good positions.

"There are some exciting players I'm looking forward to meeting and excited to work with."
