England v Tonga: Dom Young and Morgan Knowles ruled out of final two Tests for hosts

England pair Dom Young and Morgan Knowles will miss the rest of the three-Test series against Tonga.
Sydney Roosters winger Young, 22, had to have an abscess drained last week and remains in hospital.
St Helens back-rower Knowles, 26, picked up a thumb injury in England's first-Test win on Saturday.
"Despite losing two players, I am still extremely confident the squad I have selected is strong enough to win this series," said head coach Shaun Wane.
England will go into the remaining games, which will be played in Huddersfield on Saturday and Leeds on 4 November, with a 22-man squad.
"Tom Johnstone and Tommy Makinson both impressed me at the weekend, and we have another terrific winger in Matty Ashton who is pushing to force his way into the side," added Wane.
"We've also got a number of forwards who can slot into the team in Morgan's absence - Tyler Dupree, Robbie Mulhern and Liam Farrell all didn't feature this past weekend and could come in."
