Leeds Rhinos centre Harry Newman will join newly formed NRL side Perth Bears in 2027 on a two-year deal.
The 25-year-old will leave Leeds at the end of his contract following the conclusion of next season.
The England international has made 129 Rhinos appearances since making his debut in 2017.
"Harry is a Test player who has been a part of the successful Leeds Rhinos system for several years," said head coach Mal Meninga,, external one of the great centres in the sport's history.
"He has the skillset and experience to make an immediate impact in the NRL and I'm really excited to see what he can do when gets here in 2027."
Newman will join the Bears as an inaugural signing along with half-back Toby Sexton, who is set to play in Super League for Catalans Dragons next season.
Sexton has made 65 NRL appearances for the Gold Coast Titans and Canterbury Bulldogs.
"It's always been my ambition to test myself in the NRL and I'm delighted to have the chance to do it with the Perth Bears," Newman added.
"It's a huge honour to be one of the Bears' first signings and help create a legacy for rugby league in Western Australia."
