Castleford bring in hooker Doolan

Aiden Doolan played two games last season while on trial at Widnes Vikings

Castleford Tigers have signed hooker Aiden Doolan on a two-year contract.

The 22-year-old joins new head coach Ryan Carr's Tigers squad for the 2026 season, having most recently had a spell with Championship side Barrow Raiders.

The Englishman came through the academy before spending a year in Australia with South Sydney Rabbitohs on a trial and train contract.

"I'm over the moon to have got the deal sorted," he told the club's website.

"It's a huge opportunity for me to really kick on and develop as a player, with good players and coaching staff around me."
