Castleford sign Parramatta Eels back Cini

Zac Cini has been playing for Parramatta's NSW Cup side for the past three seasons

Castleford Tigers have signed Parramatta Eels back Zac Cini.

The 24-year-old, who plays as a centre or winger, will arrive on a two-year deal.

Cini is a product of the Penrith Panthers youth system but made his National Rugby League debut for Wests Tigers in 2021.

After playing four matches in total that season, Cini was released and joined New South Wales Cup side Newtown, before linking up with Parramatta's NSW Cup side.

In the past three seasons, Cini has played 62 times, and scored 30 tries, for the Eels' NSW Cup side without playing any first-grade rugby.
