Batchelor extends Hull KR deal for three more years

Hull KR have agreed a contract extension with James Batchelor to keep him at Sewell Group Craven Park until 2029.
The second row forward's deal was due to run until the end of the 2026 season, but he has now added three more years to that.
Batchelor, 26, has played 52 games and scored 11 tries in the last two seasons since joining the Robins from Wakefield Trinity.
He played in the Hull KR side that reached the Challenge Cup final in 2023 and last season's Grand Final.
"When the club approached me and talked about extending, it was a no-brainer, it was quick and there's no place I'd rather be," he told the club's website, external.
