Hull FC have announced the signing of Arthur Romano from Catalans Dragons on a two-year deal.

The 28-year-old, who can play centre or wing, will leave France to join the Black & Whites for the 2026 season.

The Frenchman becomes Hull's seventh signing ahead of next year's Super League campaign, joining Sam Lisone, Jake Arthur, Connor Bailey, Joe Batchelor, James Bell and Harvie Hill at the MKM Stadium.

The France international told the club website, external: "I'm really excited to take on this new challenge in a different country and culture, and I'm looking forward to meeting my new team-mates."

Romano is set to join up with Hull FC for pre-season in November and director of rugby Gareth Ellis is in no doubt he will bring quality to the squad.

"Arthur is an evasive player, one of the key attributes you need as a modern-day outside back," he said. "He's strong, powerful, fast and is a great addition to our squad for 2026."
