York Knights bring in prop Jackson

Ryan Jackson spent time with NRL side Dolphins but did not make a competitive appearance for them

York Knights have signed Central Queensland Capras prop Ryan Jackson.

The 21-year-old scored three tries in 14 appearances in the Queensland Cup in 2025.

"With the club heading into Super League, it's a chance to be a part of history and a part of something special," he told the York website.

"What I'm looking forward to the most is the mateship. Being far away from home and enjoying footy with good mates is something special."

The Knights, who will play in the top tier for the first time in their history next season, have not confirmed the length of contract Jackson has signed.
