    Super League: St Helens run in nine tries to thrash Castleford Tigers

    St Helens made it two wins out of two to begin the 2025 Super League season with a commanding victory at Castleford Tigers.

    They ran in nine tries at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle which is enough put them top of the table on points difference ahead of Warrington Wolves and Hull KR. The Wire edged past Catalans Dragons to continue their winning start to the Super League season, whereas Hull battled to victory over promoted Wakefield Trinity but lost Man of Steel Mikey Lewis to an ankle injury.

    Super League: Leeds Rhinos ease to first league win at Salford Red Devils

    Elsewhere, Leeds Rhinos bounced back from a disappointing opening-day defeat with a convincing Super League victory against Salford Red Devils and Wigan Warriors returned to winning ways before their trip to Las Vegas to face Warrington Wolves as they swept aside Hull FC at MKM Stadium.
