Sinclair, 23, joins from Eastern Suburbs in Sydney, where he played first-grade rugby.
Pope, 23, has played for Exeter Chiefs' A team and Taunton, as well as being capped at England Students level.
Jones, 19, is from Guernsey and in 2012 became the first Channel Islander to earn an England Under-18 cap.
"These three young players fit our recruitment policy set out to meet the club ambitions of being Premiership-ready by 2016," said head coach Ian Davies.
