Plymouth Albion: Beukeboom and Bowen banned by RFU

Plymouth Albion lock Brett Beukeboom has been banned for five games by the Rugby Football Union after being sent off against London Scottish on Friday.
The club had already given the 23-year-old a four-game ban after he was dismissed for a dangerous tackle.
Albion winger Tom Bowen has been banned for two games after he was sin-binned in the same game for tackling an opponent who was jumping for the ball.
Both players pleaded guilty and were each ordered to pay £250 in costs.
Beukeboom, a Canada international, will be free to play again on 9 November, while Bowen can return to action on 22 October.
Albion have had six yellow cards and a red in their first four matches of the season.
"Red cards and yellow cards don't help anyone - you're not going to win a game playing with 14 men," head coach James Shanahan told BBC Radio Devon after the match.
"Beuks and Tom have apologised to the squad - but that really hurt us."
