Ospreys have confirmed number eight Dan Baker suffered "no serious injury" in the European Rugby Champions Cup win over Treviso.

The 22-year-old was carried off during the second half with a neck injury.

Baker was taken to Morriston Hospital as a precautionary measure after taking a bang to the head and complaining of neck pain.

Ospreys said Baker suffered soft tissue damage and will miss Saturday's game at Northampton.

Baker, capped twice by Wales on the 2013 tour to Japan, has been in impressive form during Ospreys' unbeaten start to the season.

Head coach Warren Gatland names Wales' squad for their November games against Australia, Fiji, New Zealand and South Africa on Tuesday.
