Worcester will have to break the grasp of the holders on the trophy after being drawn at home to Leinster A in the British & Irish Cup semi-finals.

Leinster A have won the tournament for the past two seasons, beating Newcastle in 2013 and Leeds last season.

While Sixways hosts one last-four tie, Doncaster play Worcester's Championship rivals Bristol in the other semi-final.

The winners of that game have then been drawn to host the final during the first weekend in April.

Game 1: Doncaster Knights v Bristol Rugby; Game 2: Worcester Warriors v Leinster A (13 March, 19:45 GMT).

The final will be held at the home of the winner of Game 1 (3-5 April, date to be decided).

Warriors triumphed in all six of their qualifying group games in Pool Three against Moseley, Munster A and Nottingham, as part of a winning run which stretches to 19 matches in all competitions.

In the five seasons that the British & Irish Cup has been in existence, it has twice been won by English clubs - Cornish Pirates in 2010 and Bristol a year later.

Munster A won it in 2012 before Leinster A began their period of dominance.
