Glasgow Warriors: BBC Scotland to televise Pro12 finale

Leaders Glasgow Warriors face second-top Connacht

BBC Scotland will provide live television, radio and online coverage as Glasgow Warriors aim to secure a home tie in the Pro12 play-offs.

Gregor Townsend's side, who lead the Pro12 going into the final game, face Connacht in Galway on Saturday.

BBC One Scotland's coverage gets under way at 14:45 BST, with live text and radio commentary also provided.

Warriors know a club record 10th successive win, or a draw, will secure a home semi-final.

"We're really looking forward to the game and will be doing all we can to come back with a win," said Townsend.

With a home tie in the play-offs at stake, the Warriors are looking forward to the clash against their second-placed opponents.

"Connacht play an expansive style of rugby and have a good home record, so we'll have to produce an 80-minute performance if we're to secure a home play-off," added Townsend.

"The players have worked extremely hard over the last few weeks and we have genuine competition for places throughout the squad."
