Alafoti Faosiliva: Worcester Warriors forward handed one-week ban

Worcester Warriors back-row forward Alafoti Faosiliva has been banned for a week after pleading guilty to striking Gloucester's Mariano Galarza.
The 30-year-old, who joined in the summer, was sent off for the incident in last Friday's game at Sixways.
Faosiliva pleaded guilty to "striking with the arm and/or elbow" when he went before a Rugby Football Union disciplinary panel on Wednesday.
The Samoa international will miss this Saturday's Premiership game with Bath.
Meanwhile, Warriors' New Zealand winger Bryce Heem has signed a new, undisclosed-length contract to remain at Sixways.
Heem scored seven tries in 18 appearances in his first season with Warriors in 2015-16, being voted the Premiership club's player of the season.
"Extending the contract of Bryce is a huge statement of intent," said head coach Carl Hogg.
