Dan Lydiate was injured in the first half of Wales' record win over the Springboks
Wales forward Dan Lydiate's knee injury "doesn't look good," coach Rob Howley has confirmed.
Osprey Lydiate suffered the injury just before half-time in Wales' record 27-13 win over South Africa and was eventually carried off on a stretcher.
"He's got a knee injury. We'll wait to see what the medics say, but it doesn't look too good at this moment in time," Howley told BBC Radio Wales.
Liam Williams also suffered a twisted ankle and left in a protective boot.
"It was just a bit of a twist," said Scarlets player Williams.
