Ospreys equalled their try-scoring record with 11 against Grenoble to stretch their lead at the top of Pool Three in the European Challenge Cup.
Having won 59-7 at Grenoble the previous weekend, the Welsh team were no less dominant at home.
Olly Cracknell, Ashley Beck and Scott Baldwin (2) went over for tries before the break.
Dan Evans (2), Brendan Leonard, Dan Biggar, Hanno Dirksen (2) and Scott Otten touched down in the second half.
Ospreys have twice before scored 11 tries, against Belgium in pre-season August, 2016 and in their 75-7 win against Treviso in the Pro12 in February, 2014.
It was also a European record for Ospreys, as they passed the 10-try mark they set in also beating Treviso 68-8 in what was then the Heineken Cup in December, 2008.
Sam Davies starred at full-back while Dan Biggar added eight conversions for a personal tally of 21 points.
Ospreys head coach Steve Tandy told BBC Radio Wales: "The last hour of the game, I thought we were pretty outstanding in fairness to us.
"In the first 20 minutes it was a bit sticky and we had a couple of skill issues and a little bit of set-piece penalties against us.
"But I thought the way we came back - those games are easy go just go off the boil in particular after half time.
"But it was really pleasing to see a lot of young players come off the bench and keep that momentum."
