Welsh hopes of an Under-20s Grand Slam were crushed by England's bonus-point win at Newcastle.

Scrum-half Harri Morgan darted over from close range for the opening try, but it was one-way traffic after that.

Home half-back Ben White hit back before Cameron Redpath, son of ex-Scotland scrum-half Brian went over.

Wings Gabriel Ibitoye and Jordan Olowofela added home tries. Rio Dyer replied for Wales, but Aaron Hinkley underlined England's superiority.

Fly-half James Grayson added three conversions and two penalties.
