Dragons fought back from 12-0 down to conclude the Welsh regions' pre-season games with a 31-24 win at Wasps.
Aneurin Owen was first to hit back for the visitors with Wales back Jonah Holmes crossing twice before Josh Reynolds added the winning try.
On Friday Cardiff ended heir pre-season build-up with a home victory against Bath while Ospreys lost at Northampton.
Scarlets began the final round of Welsh warm-up games with a 29-24 win at Leicester Tigers on Thursday.
James Ratti, Lloyd Williams and Owen Lane scored Cardiff tries in their 25-14 win at the Arms Park.
Mat Protheroe crossed early on for Ospreys at Northampton with Luke Morgan, Owen Watkin and Reuben Morgan-Williams also touching down as they lost 31-26.
Scarlets won at Leicester Tigers on Thursday with wing Ryan Conbeer crossing late on to seal the win at Welford Road after tries by Steff Hughes, Steff Evans and Tom Rogers.
Wales fly-half Gareth Anscombe made his Ospreys debut against Saints while fellow international Scott Williams came off the bench at Welford Road after returning to Scarlets from Liberty Stadium.
The four Welsh teams will next be in action on the opening weekend of the inaugural United Rugby Championship.
Cardiff will be the first Welsh team to appear in the tournament revamped by the inclusion of South Africa's four teams.
Connacht visit the Arms Park on Friday, 24 September in front of the Scrum V cameras (19:30 BST kick off).
