- Published
Exeter have signed flanker Maddie Fe'aunati ahead of the forthcoming Premiership Women's Rugby season.
She is the daughter of Samoa and Bath forward Issac Fe'aunati and was born in the UK and holds a British passport.
She has previously played in Super Rugby Aupiki for the Hurricanes Poua and joins from Wellington Pride in the New Zealand top flight.
"I always wanted to come back to England," Fe'aunati told the Exeter Chiefs website.
"When Susie (Appleby, Exeter head coach) contacted me, it felt like a sign and an opportunity to come and get some experience in a place I would call home.
"It's an opportunity to grow my game and learn under a different structure and make some good connections with new people."
