Ulster centre James Hume has recovered from a foot injury to start in Saturday's Investec Champions Cup match with Toulouse.

Dan McFarland has made four changes from the historic 22-21 win over Leinster on New Year's Day in Dublin.

Rob Herring drops out of the squad as Tom Stewart starts at hooker and Dave Ewers, Hume and Michael Lowry return.

Antoine Dupont captains Toulouse, who make four changes from their 45-0 win over Lyon.

The match marks the 25th anniversary of Ulster's historic European triumph in 1999 and the centenary of the Irish province's Ravenhill home.

Ireland hooker Herring is a headline omission after picking up an injury in training. Rising star Stewart gets the nod to start with John Andrew on the bench. Dave Ewers comes into the back row in place of Matty Rea.

Hume slots into centre alongside Stuart McCloskey and Lowry will start at full-back in place of Will Addison, who joins Rea and Luke Marshall in dropping to the bench.

It is a strong Ulster team, who are looking to continue their resurgent form with back-to-back wins over French opposition at Kingspan Stadium.

McFarland's side lost their European opener to Bath but bounced back with a superb win over Racing 92. United Rugby Championship victories over Irish rivals Connacht and Leinster either side of Christmas backed up the European success.

Toulouse are fourth in the Top 14 and head into the game off the back of a big win over Lyon, spearheaded by captain and talismanic scrum-half Dupont, who will miss France's Six Nations campaign to focus on rugby sevens at the Olympics in Paris this summer.

The French side currently top Pool 2 after two heavy bonus-point wins over Cardiff and Harlequins.

Cyril Baille and Peato Mauvaka come into the front tow in place of David Ainu'u and Julien Marchand. England's Jack Willis drops to the bench and is replaced by back row Alexandre Roumat.

There is only one change in the back line as Blair Kinghorn starts in place of Setareki Bituniyata, while Argentina's Juan Cruz Mallia will move from full-back to wing to accommodate Scotland's Kinghorn.
