George Hendy: Northampton Saints full-back signs new deal
- Published
Northampton Saints full-back George Hendy has signed a new contract with the Premiership leaders.
The 21-year-old, who initially joined Saints' academy as a teenager, has scored 10 tries in 25 games since making his senior debut in 2021.
The ex-England Under-20 international has featured 13 times so far during an injury-affected 2023-24 season.
"This year he's become an incredibly consistent performer," Saints director of rugby Phil Dowson said.
"He's very fast, very powerful, and never afraid of running full tilt into contact."
The length of Hendy's new deal has not been disclosed by Northampton.
