James Hume and Tom O'Toole have signed new three-year deals with Ulster, keeping the Irish internationals at the club until 2027.
Centre Hume, 25, captained Ulster in their United Rugby Championship win over the Dragons on Saturday.
Prop Tom O'Toole, who is currently in Ireland's Six Nations squad, made his Ulster debut in 2018, like Hume.
Irish-qualified back row Sean Reffell has signed a two-year deal, keeping him in Belfast until 2026.
Hume, a three-time Schools' Cup winner with Royal Belfast Academical Institution, has made 90 appearances for Ulster and was the club's player of the year for the 2021-22 season.
The last of his three Ireland caps came against Italy in the 2022 Six Nations.
Drogheda-born O'Toole, 25, played for Ireland in last year's Rugby World Cup and has made 98 appearances for Ulster.
Reffell, 25, has struggled with injuries since joining from Saracens in 2022 but says he is "excited to see" where Ulster can go.
Bryn Cunningham, Ulster's head of rugby operations and recruitment, said: "While there will be some change in the look and size of the overall squad, we're confident about what we're building for the upcoming seasons, with these three players showcasing our direction of travel as a province."
Ulster are next in action on 23 March when they face the Sharks in the URC in Durban.
