Jack Clement: Back-row forward signs extension to stay with Gloucester

Back-row forward Jack Clement has signed a new deal with Gloucester.
The 23-year-old came through the Cherry and Whites' academy and made his first-team debut in 2020.
He has been a regular feature this campaign, playing in 23 games and scoring nine tries.
"He's massively respected in this group as a real young talent that's coming through," director of rugby George Skivington told BBC Radio Gloucestershire.
"I give Jack credit he's created that, it's not luck, he's a very talented individual but he works hard. He works very hard in the gym, very hard out on the training pitch.
"I remember when I first came in I gave him a lot of exposure early on because I could see something in him. He has really, really worked hard to be where he is and he's really fighting for a starting jersey every week and at his age it's very impressive where he's at and I think he's going to be a massive player for Gloucester for the future.
"He's versatile - he can go six, seven, eight, he can jump in a line-out, he can do all those roles across the back row and he's only really at the beginning. He's got a lot of growth, a lot of learning to do, he's playing in more and more big games.
"He's a composed young man who wants to be at the top of his game."
