Jordan Els moved to Harlequins from Ealing Trailfinders in 2020

Harlequins prop Jordan Els has signed a new contract with the Premiership club.

The 26-year-old South African has made 38 appearances in the quarters since moving from Ealing Trailfinders in 2020.

Els played seven times this season as Quins finished sixth in the Premiership table, missing out on the end-of-season play-offs, and reached the European Champions Cup semi-finals for the first time in their history.

"I've loved my time at Quins and I'm excited to be extending my contract into next season," he told the club's website. , external

"I've enjoyed working with an ambitious group of players and coaches and I'm excited to see what we can achieve together in 2024-25."

Loosehead prop Els began his career with Sharks in Durban, South Africa, before moving to Ealing in 2018.

He won the Premiership with Harlequins in his first full season with the club.

The length of his new contract has not been specified.
