Cornish Pirates fly-half Bruce Houston will leave the club at the end of the season.
The 25-year-old has agreed a two-year deal with French third-tier side Union Sportive Bressane.
The former Ireland youth international moved to the Championship side in October 2023 on an initial one-year deal before agreeing new terms last summer.
Houston, who joined from Scottish side Heriot's, has scored 271 points in 45 games for the Pirates.
"Bruce has been a great contributor during his time with us,” said Pirates joint-head coach Gavin Cattle.
“Besides his performances in matches, he has really contributed off the field and has been a real influence within the squad.
"He is a good leader in his own style and is also very calm and understanding, and the opportunity that has arisen for him is obviously an exciting one.
"It will be a different experience and we'll naturally be wishing him all the best."
