Wales Under-20s prop Louie Trevett has been given a three-match suspension after his sending off against France in the World Rugby Under-20 Championship.
Replacement Trevett was sent off for a dangerous croc-roll during Wales' 35-21 defeat in Rovigo.
A Foul Play Review Committee considered his red card and handed the Bristol Bears player a three-game sanction.
Wales face Spain in their final Pool B game on Wednesday.
