Spain captain Delgado signs new Harlequins deal

Laura Delgado has 45 international caps for Spain

Spain international captain Laura Delgado has signed a new contract with Harlequins.

The 34-year-old prop has made 15 appearance in her debut season as Quins finished third in the Premiership Women's Rugby.

Delgado, who previously represented Exeter Chiefs and Gloucester-Hartpury, has 45 international caps.

"I couldn't be more excited to be able to help continue building our history at Harlequins," she told the club's website.

"This team has grown so much, and we still have so much to show. I want to be a part of that and I'm excited for the next season."
