Scrum-half Luke Davies has signed a new deal with Ospreys.

The 23-year-old has made 26 appearances and scored three tries since making his debut in Ospreys' opening fixture against Connacht last season.

"The Ospreys has felt like home for me since I joined, some of my best mates are here and every day I come to work, I get a real buzz," said Davies.

"It's been great for me to train alongside Reubs [Morgan-Williams] and Kieran [Hardy], and I feel like this has really helped in growing myself as a player and a person."

Ospreys head coach Mark Jones, said: "We're really lucky to have some quality strength in depth at scrum-half and Luke is an important part of that.

"Each one of our nines have a unique point of difference, whilst also offering that consistency and level-headedness that's required at the position."

Ospreys have not announced the length of Davies' new contract.
